自贡灯会制作找华溢

2012年8月9日，自贡市工商联彩灯行业商会成立大会在自贡市英祥锦江大酒店成功举行，全国唯一的彩灯行业商会宣告成立，标志着自贡彩灯行业将进入抱团发展、资源整合、优势互补的发展新阶段。
自贡市副市长未也，自贡市政协副主席、市工商联（总商会）主席王孝谦，工商联顾问梁国定、高光敏、钟长安、刘复阳，中共自贡市委统战部副部长丁琴，自贡市委统战部副部长、市工商联（总商会）党组书记、第一副主席刘义等领导同志出席了本次大会。
大会上，未也、王孝谦希望全国惟一的彩灯行业商会做大、做强、做实、做活，吸纳更多行业会员团结在商会周围，进一步整合资源，把握市场发展脉搏，尽快实现自贡彩灯产业链，在不久的将来出现自贡产业集团，并在全国崛起。
商会会长李微微介绍，自贡彩灯存在季节性难题，没有规范的管理、员工流动大、融资难。商会成立以后将制定有效完善的规章制度、管理办法，使彩灯行业有序发展，把彩灯行业季节性问题提到议事日程上，开发拓展相关的产业链。
作为我市的传统特色产业，彩灯行业在的历史文化、民俗传承等领域具有很重要的作用，在各位彩灯企业家、艺术家、一线工作者的共同努力下，彩灯行业日趋成熟。自贡彩灯行业历经改革开放三十多年的发展，目前，全市从事彩灯行业的企业有200多家，年产值几个亿，从业人员数万，在全国处于领先的地位。　　彩灯行业商会的成立，有助于业界提高综合素质，增强创新能力，改善经营管理。立足行业长远发展需要，强化培训和咨询服务，做好后备人才培养，主动介入，及时收集行业信息，积极参与制订、修订行业标准和行业发展规划，为促进行业持续、快速、健康发展奠定坚实的基础。

On August 9,,2012, The Inaugural Meeting of Zigong Association of Industry and Commerce, Chamber of Commerce of Color-lantern Industry was held successfully at the Yingxiang Jin Jiang River Hotel. This signifies that the only chamber of commerce of color-lantern has been established in China, which also means that the color-lantern industry of Zigong has been ushered into a new stage that lantern companies will develop together, resource integration and complement each other’s advantages.

The deputy mayor of Zigong, Wei Ye, the vice-chairman of CPPCC and Zigong Association of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) chairman, Wang Xiaoqian, the counselor of Association of Industry and Commerce, Liang Guoding, Gao Guangmin, Zhong Changan, Liu Fuyang, the vice-minister of United Front Work Department of CPC Zigong Municipal, Ding Qin, the vice-minister of United Front Work Department of CPC Zigong Municipal and the Secretary of Party Committee of Zigong Association of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) and the first vice-chairman, Liu Yi had attended this meeting.

In the meeting, Wei Ye, Wang Xiaoqian hoped that the only chamber of commerce of color-lantern industry in China could develop larger, stronger, solider and also, more lively. In the meantime, they hoped the chamber of commerce could attract more members from different industries to be united around it, and further the progress of resource integration, seize the pulse of market development, make the industry chain of Zigong color-lantern come into being as soon as possible, and they also hoped that there would be a group of Zigong color-lantern industry in the coming future and what’s more, rises all over the country.

The chairman of chamber of commerce said that seasonal difficulty always perplexes Zigong color-lantern. In the meantime, no formal management, company staff mobility, financing problem also trouble the Zigong lantern. After the chamber of commerce established, there will be effective and accelerated rules and regulations and also administrative measures, which will standardize the color-lantern industry and set it on a healthy way of development. Meanwhile, it will put the seasonal difficulty for color-lantern development on schedule, and develop relevant industry chains.

As a traditional industry of our city, Zigong color-lantern plays an important role in the aspects of historical culture and folklore inheritance. With the hard work of color-lantern entrepreneur, artists, front-line workers together, the color-lantern industry grows mature day by day. After 30-years’ development during the reform and opening up period, nowadays, there are over 200 enterprises which are running the color-lantern business, of which annual output value is hundreds of millions and there are tens of thousands of staff, which leads the rest of the peers in China. The establishment of chamber of commerce is helpful to enhance the general quality of color-lantern industry, strengthen the ability of innovation and improve operation and management. Based on the need of further development of color-lantern industry, the chamber of commerce will strengthen training and consulting service, focus on the backup talents training. And it will intervene actively, collect the industry information in time, and take part in the making and revising of industry standards and planning for industry development, in order to set a solid basis which will accelerates the continuous, rapid, healthy development of color-lantern.

By uniting all of the color-lantern companies together and also with the help of enterprises, Zigong Color-lantern Chamber of Commerce will definitely make a great and active contribution to the development of color-lantern industry and industry implementation!
