自贡灯会制作找华溢

　　“放一盏江灯，圆一个心愿”。 
　　放河灯，是华夏民族传统习俗，用以对逝去亲人的悼念，对活着的人们祝福。它大约起源于春秋时期，至今保持已达两千多年。在祖国北方的黑龙江省，人们把河灯称为“江灯”。 
　　黑龙江省漠河县，是我国唯一能看到北极光的地方，有“神州北极村，中国龙江源”之称。“北极光”是大兴安岭特有的天文景观，以其神秘莫测、绚丽多姿闻名遐迩，每年都吸引大量的国内外游客来到漠河观光旅游。多年来，漠河地区以“极光”为媒，搭文化台，唱经贸戏，已连续举办了17届北极光节，扩大了大兴安岭的知名度和外在影响力。
　　2009年6月21日，漠河机场通航庆典暨第十八届中国黑龙江大兴安岭漠河北极光节隆重开幕了。
　　国务院西部开发办副主任曹玉书，全国政协人口环境资源委员会副主任、中国矿业联合会会长李元，黑龙江省领导王巨禄、衣俊卿、申立国，首都机场集团顾问倪德喜，地区领导宋希斌、岳君、李廷祥、王金满、张立君、刘杰、王怀刚等，国家林业局驻大兴安岭资源监督办专员孙国吉出席了开幕式。

“Floating a river lantern, finishing a wish”.

Floating the river lantern is a tradition of Chinese nation，to mourn the past relatives and to bless the live ones. It derived around Spring and Autumn period，which has a history over 2000 years. In the Heilongjiang Province of northern China, people call the water lantern as “river lantern”.

The Mohe county of Heilongjiang Province is the only place where people can see the northern lights in China, which makes it a famous name “the Arctic Village in China, and the Source of Heilong River”. “The northern light” is a peculiar astronomical scenic which is exclusive in Great Khingan, which is famous for its mystery and gorgeous and colorful and attracts lots of tourists home and abroad every year.

For years, Mohe district build the cultural platform and develop local economy with the “medium”-northern lights, and 17 consecutive Northern Lights Festival have been held in Mohe, which expands the popularity and outside influence of Great Khingan.

On June 21, 2009, the Mohe Airport Opening Celebration and the 18^th Heilongjiang Great Khingan Mohe Northern Lights Festival China opened.

The Vice-director of the Western Development Office of State Council, Mr. Cao Yushu, the Vice-director of Committee of Population, Resources and Environment of CPPCC and the President of China Mining Association, Mr. Li Yuan, the Leader of Heilongjiang Province, Mr. Wang Julu, Mr. Yi Junqin, Mr. Shen Liguo, the Consultant of Capital Airports Holding Company, Mr. Ni Dexi, the Representatives of local leaders, Mr. Song Xibin, Mr. Yue Jun, Mr. Li Yanxiang, Mr. Wang Jinman, Mr. Zhang Lijun, Mr. Liu Jie, Mr. Wang Huaigang etc., the Commissioner of Khingan Resources Supervision Office of State Forest Bureau, Mr. Sun Guoji attended the opening.

　　本届北极光节内容丰富，活动期间将，举办了漠河北极光节迎宾酒会、鄂伦春风情歌舞晚会、“四极”论坛，邀请俄罗斯圣·索菲亚国家级歌舞团专场演出、女子军乐队巡回展演、兴安武术学校学生表演、国家摄影创作基地揭牌仪式、中国漠河国际摄影大赛启动仪式等等。
当“白夜”来临时，在花团锦簇的焰火和热情奔放的篝火晚会中，一个颇具地方风情的传统节目——放江灯开始了，游人和村民们把一盏盏由自贡市华溢彩灯文化有限公司专门为漠河北极光节设计制作的形态各异的江灯放进黑龙江奔腾的江水里，“北极星”、“神州北极”、“北极光”、“龙灯”、“鱼灯”、“八仙过海”、“圣诞老人”、“荷花灯”、“星星灯”、“灯笼灯”等琳琅满目，在江面上形成了一道道绚丽的风景。

During the festival, there are abundant activities, such as, Mohe Northern Lights Welcome Banquet, Oroqen Style Singing and Dancing Party, “Four Poles” Forum, in the meantime, Russia Saint·Sophia National Song and Dance Troupe Special Performance, Women Military Band Tour Performance, Students Performance from Xingan Martial Art School, the Opening Ceremony of National Photography Creation Base, the Launch Ceremony of China Mohe International Photography Contest etc.

When the “ white night” comes, surrounded by the flower-sea fireworks and passionate bonfire party, the traditional show which is full of local customs and habits starts—floating the river lantern. The visitors and villagers float the lanterns in different shapes which are specially designed and produced by Zigong Huayi Lantern Culture Co. Ltd. in the running water of Heilong River. “North Star”, “North Pole of China”, “Northern Lights”, “Dragon Lantern”, “Fish Lantern”, “The Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea”, “Santa Claus”, “Lotus Lantern”, “Stars Lantern”, “Denglong Lantern” etc., which compose the beautiful scenery on the river.
